For immediate employment, we are looking for our Headquarters in Luxembourg a
Software Engineering Manager
who will directly report to the CTO
What are your responsibilities?
- Ownership of the backlog together with product owner
- Manage and coordinate the Development team
- Architect and develop new features
- Mentor team members
- Organize and orchestrate technology related meetings
- Manage the releases
- Modularize the current system
- Give and receive feedback
- Perform code reviews
- Plan, create and manage projects
- Create reports
- Work in a multicultural environment with teams in multiple geographical locations
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Keep up with new tech and capabilities and seek for high quality
What are the requirements?
- 5+ years of relevant business experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Management and Leadership experience
- Preferably computer science studies, alternatively equivalent relevant experience
- Good understanding of most recent back- and front-end programming languages
- Ideally 5 years of experience in E-commerce and/or Network Marketing,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, digitally centric environment
- You are energetic, collaborative and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organized and able to operate well in a team under pressure
