To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Business Manager (m/f/x) in:
- Munich area, Germany or
- Vienna area, Austria
Your responsibilities:
Team & employee satisfaction, leadership and development
- You will be directly responsible for a service team of approx. 20 highly qualified field engineers as well as external support partners.
- Implementation and adherence to occupational health and safety and compliance guidelines.
- Active collaboration with colleagues from service management, sales and the international support teams (R&D, logistics, marketing, etc.
Customer satisfaction, retention and acquisition
- Serve as the central point of contact for customers in their area of responsibility.
- Support sales, handle complaints, and manage projects.
- Continuous monitoring and follow-up to achieve internal targets (KPIs).
Operational Excellence
- You have profit & loss responsibility for your district.
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of global strategies and initiatives, as well as the further development of the service business within your area of responsibility and/or the country.
- You use internal as well as customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and continuously develop our organization.

Qualifications
- You know the needs of our customers and users from your operational experience
- Strong team and communication skills as well as a high customer orientation
- Experience in cooperative leadership, coaching and motivation of employees
- Manage hiring, development, workload and work efficiency of direct reports to achieve maximum
- productivity and optimize support resources in the assigned district, whilst being sensitive to the whole country picture.
- Initial experience in service management, and in sales/sales of services
- Experience in managing an assigned profit & loss responsibility an advantage
- Ability to think strategically, innovatively and act pragmatically
- High level of personal responsibility, reliability as well as planning and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within your service region
- Very good command of written and spoken English, German language skills at level A2 which you will be able to develop to level B2 within the first year, other languages are a plus
- Good presentation and moderation skills; as well excellent negotiation and effective communication skills
- Confident handling of the current MS Office 365 programs

- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent; Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, with typically 5 to 8 years
