Working with the Product Teams, you will be responsible for driving our User Experience forward by producing best-in-class, user focused interfaces for our websites and Apps, actively supporting our product roadmaps.

You will be involved in a range of brands within StepStone and expected to push the boundaries of what is achievable to meet user and customer needs, working on products and services used by millions of people across the globe on a daily basis. In addition to our international footprint, we are also part of the Axel Springer SE family and its unique European family of successful companies.

Your Tasks

Plan approach to UX design work and act as the design lead on larger projects
Produce visual designs that are on-brand and sensitive to accessibility and web standards
Support Design Leadership in defining and policing standards
Sit alongside other disciplines within Marketing to define and develop brand propositions, visual identities and supporting guidelines
Contribute to the improvement of User Experience processes within the team and across the business
Work closely with the development team to ensure the proposed UX is feasible
Coach and support UX Designers within the team
Take insights and learning from research and analytics teams to steer future development

Your Profile

4+ years solid, demonstrable background producing high quality, accessible and fresh interfaces and designs
Essential: Practical experience with prototyping tools, e.g. Axure, UXPin or similar; Photoshop and Illustrator
Beneficial: Experience working in an agile and lean culture, knowledge in XHTML/HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
Also beneficial: Experience in designing for other digital channels, e.g. mobile, iTV, kiosks beneficial
