HAVI is a privately held global company that innovates, optimizes and drives the supply chains and marketing promotions of many of the best known brands in the world.
For our location in Duisburg, Germany we war looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Cross-functionally drive the development and launch of technical products – from
concept to delivery - Manage analysts that define and write technical and functional specifications incl. requirements and detailed use cases for new product features across multiple product generations
- Explain designs and constraints to stakeholders, facilitate product thinking, and assists communication of features to delivery teams
- Design and create cloud-first platform-as-a-product based solutions that can be taken to market in modern B2B scenarios
- Work seamlessly in engineering, quality, architecture, and technical operations during design and implementation to shape the technical feature set usability of the product
- Ensure the highest quality of products delivered on-time, on budget and with superior performance and support
- Manage multiple cross-functional delivery teams both onshore and offshore in both delivery and support modes
- Support advisory boards, user groups, and peers as needed
Your qualification:
- Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent
- 6 to 8 years of work experience in technical product development and technical product management roles
- Proven track record in mentoring engineers, analysts, and testers in their assignments and careers
- Software design experience in complex, multitasking, real-time and highly availability systems
- Experience in cloud-first application delivery and architecture as well as about legacy
integration and infrastructure; Lightbend and Java Virtual Machine (JVM) highly preferred - Ability to manage solutions across multiple generations of a product, preferably policy-engine solutions
- History of defining and managing complex process and/or product issues of a broad scope using independent judgment
- Ability to work with multiple small, highly focused teams as well as with Eastern
European delivery teams - Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication and management skills
