In our new Electric Vehicle Business Line (EVBL) we develop and manufacture battery systems from 48V up to High Voltage for automotive and industrial applications. Valmet Automotive covers the full range from contract manufacturing to a TIER1 system supplier.
Your challenge
- Supporting the development and implementation of the requirements management in complex systems
- Coordinating the requirements internally and externally with the stakeholders.
- Supporting the allocation and derivation of the stakeholder requirements to the system and component levels in coordination with the stakeholders
- Developing the system specifications, status reports and requirements modelling diagrams for internal activities as well as for the suppliers and customers
- Maintaining the traceability of the system and component level requirements to upper and lower level
- Supporting the development of verification and validation plans
- Supporting FMEA, DfC(Design for cost) and DfM(Design for manufacturing) activities
- Supporting to the development of requirements management processes. according to A-Spice, ISO26262 and IATF16949
- Providing instructions and guidance to the project team members regarding to requirements management processes and methodology
We expect you to have/are
- Very good technical and practical knowledge by the development of the battery systems
- Deep understanding of Tier-1 processes such as A-Spice ISO26262 would be beneficial
- Experience with the application lifecycle management tools, ideally with Siemens Polarion and Teamcenter would be beneficial
- Very good communication skills with the internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to take responsibility and contribute to the development of the processes and organization
- Ability to speak business fluent English and German
