Sr. Recruiter / Expert Talent Acquisition (f/m/d)
At air up you are the interface between hiring manager and the candidate market. Your mission is to implement a stable and scalable recruitment process from needs analysis to contract preparation.
Your responsibilities
- You consider your activities as "Recruiting as a Service" and are a proficient point of contact for Hiring Managers and Recruiting stakeholders at eye level
- You actively advise the management team and are a business expert for the external candidate market, thus helping to shape the future development of your divisions
- You coordinate staffing in accordance with our staffing plan - from interns to C-levels
- You also provide intensive support to new hiring managers, e.g. interview trainings and introduce them to the world of hiring at air up.
- When filling a position, cultural fit is extremely important to you in addition to professional fit
- Within the scope of various projects, you enjoy working on the continuous improvement of our processes, systems or programs
- In addition to active search on target-group-specific platforms, you manage headhunters from the initial sourcing to the closing of the role
That's you
- You hold a university degree or vocational training with a focus on HR
- You bring at least 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally you have recruited in the US before
- You have experience filling roles on C-level
- You are a partner and expert and are sensitive in communication and appear confident and convincing across different hierarchical levels
- You speak fluent German and English
- It is important to you to be part of a dedicated and professional HR team that has fun at work, likes to laugh together and celebrate successes.
- Excellent analytical skills, a high level of commitment and the ability to work under pressure, a confident attitude, flexibility, initiative and the joy of working in a team are essential to the role
