• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in a technical or business related background
• Independent and self-driven: excited to own and manage a scope of work
• Excellent communication skills: capable of aligning and motivating teams around your ideas
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills: able to identify problems and unlock solutions where others have not
• Prior experience in project management in a commercial environment
• Prior experience in team management in a commercial environment
• Prior experience in the off-grid solar industry in Africa
• Team-spirited, flexible and solution-oriented
• Willingness to travel
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written). Good knowledge of German is an advantage
