Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) Corrugating Industry.
Your future tasks:
- Developing the scope of Work / Supply based on Customer requirements in conjunction with the respective Business Units and the Heads of the technical departments
- Compilation, management and motivation of project teams throughout the project
- Monitoring works progress according to schedule and in coordination with the Heads of the technical departments
- Responsible for project budget through effective cost control, risk management and implementation of recovery strategies
- Reporting (and presentation) on regular basis to PMO and Senior Management
- Management and coordination of external development partners, suppliers and subcontractors
- Bringing in ideas and experience for the ongoing development of the PMO in regards to culture and processes
Requirements:
- Completed studies in a natural science field or – master of science / engineering degree
- Several years of relevant work experience as a Senior Project / Project Manager in mechanical, electrical engineering or in the plant and machine business
- Good experience in developing cost calculations and setting up schedules and progress measurements
- Strong interpersonal and eff ective communication skills, team player qualities
- Quick perception, analytical competence and strategic thinking – paired with hands-on mentality and pragmatic implementation skills
- Sound experience in working with cross-functional teams in an international environment, with multiple stakeholders/interests
- Very good command of spoken and written German and English
- Project Management qualification (PMI or equal) of advantage but not mandatory
