Your tasks
Contributing to Special Projects for TRATON GROUP Finance:
- Leading the project “Financial Integration” of a new member to the TRATON GROUP
- Support Day-1 Readiness, Knowledge of US GAAP and transformation to IFRS
- Preparation of Management information, Board presentations and Decision papers
- Develop reporting and governance model to enable effective decision making
- Development of tools for tracking the project progress and interdependencies with other work packages
- Contribute to the digital transformation of the finance processes
- Support Head of Finance in all project related tasks. Representative in several committees
Your profile
- Senior financial Executive with profound experience in Finance, Controlling and Accounting.
- In-depth knowledge in project management for international deals.
- At least 5 years experience in different managerial functions in Finance and Accounting and project management.
- Experience in leading intercultural projects
- Open minded and highly engaged personality
- High social competence to lead intercultural projects with high cooperation skills
- Excellent English and German skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel and potentially to live abroad

This position is newly created and will be located in Munich Headquarter. This position is a management function and will report to the Head of Group Finance.
