You will
- manage development projects for hardware and software products as well as organizational projects within the division of Vision Technology Solutions
- develop project ideas e.g. feasibility studies and business cases
- initiate projects e.g. clarify project goals, set up initial time and resource planning
- manage projects including result and budget responsibility e.g. lead international project teams, monitor and control the project process, ensure product documentation, create decision-making tools and present them to higher-level committees, moderate workshops, communicate with internal and external stakeholders
You have
- a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable course of study
- several years of experience in managing development projects and lateral leadership
- solid handling of project management methods and tools, ideally in a classic as well as an agile environment
- preferably experience in the field of medical devices
- a structured, goal-oriented way of working and strong conceptual skills
- a high degree of motivation, willingness to take responsibility and fun in familiarizing yourself with new topics
- very good communication and moderation skills as well as high customer and service orientation
- fluent written and spoken English skills, additional German skills are of great benefint
