YOUR TASKS:
1&1 Mail & Media operates and WEB.DE & GMX, two of Germany's largest Internet portals, as well as an Internet portal catering to an international audience. Through these brands, we can reach almost 40 million users monthly, hosting 55% of Germany’s email accounts. In addition to a large editorial news section and Germany's by far most popular free e-mail service, 1&1 Mail & Media offers paid subscriptions to a variety of internet-based services, such as paid e-mail accounts, virus protection software or web hosting services. Be the driving force in improving the sale flow and customer care interactions for the paid products delivered on the WEB.DE and GMX portals.
- Work with business stakeholders to assemble product requirements and create requirements documents such as use cases, business process diagrams and wireframes.
- Coordinate business stakeholders and technical implementation teams towards project delivery.
- Ensure business/IT alignment across projects and continually improve established business processes.
- Find practical solutions to emerging problems and participate to agile development ceremonies (daily, planning, grooming, demo).
- Offer transparency and target dates and ensure meeting the deadlines. You are a technical stakeholder in contract negotiations and interact with legal, privacy, controlling and other departments for your product.
WE APPRECIATE:
You have a degree in Business Informatics or Informatics and the following skills:
- Solid experience working as Project Manager or Product Owner.
- Stakeholder management exposure / experience working with distributed teams.
- Good understanding of web development processes and technologies (Spring Boot/Cloud, REST, HTML/ Javascript).
- Good technical understanding of microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of online marketing and sales environment.
- Excellent English skills.
