THE POSITION
Our Team, MDM Product, manages product and material master data objects for all company products, worldwide. As a Senior Process Expert, you act as a Super Key User and assure that the data complies with agreed standards. We are looking forward to receiving your application and getting to know you.
This position is limited for 2 years.
Tasks & responsibilities

One of your key responsibilities is deployment of master data concepts, processes and standards to users.

As part of MDM Review in MDGx, you manage and follow the established guidelines for product master data.

Moreover, you provide guidance to users on maintenance of pharmaceutical products.

You provide user support on business and system functionality related questions.

In regards to business demands, you react responsively and perform mass changes of data, where required.

You communicate system changes to all users and provide training for new users.

Additionally, you measure KPIs for master data processes and improve process reporting tools.

You periodically monitor the data quality and start initiatives to improve data quality.
Requirements
-
University degree in life sciences (chemistry/biology/pharmacy/related domain)

Experience in master data management or process management or quality is preferred

Sound knowledge of quality systems and quality management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
-
Team player with pronounced communication skills working in a cross-functional and international environment

Excited about learning and continuous improvement

Fluency in English is a must
