Where your expertise is needed
As a Senior Manager - Debtor Accounting Management in the Convenience Team, you and your team will be responsible for keeping all B2C accounts receivable and payments accounting processes on the highest standard.
You will be working closely and independently with our main stakeholders like Central Finance, Operations and different Technology Teams. Furthermore, technical implementation projects in regards to financial processes are familiar to you and you are solving them with a hands on mentality.
- Take over responsibility of debtor accounting related processes in the B2C order-to-cash environment and continuously develop and improve our financial processes with regard to content, risk management, speed, consistency, efficiency and technical implementation
- Responsible for all related accounting aspects and financial reporting as well as accounts receivable management on the way to further digitisation
- Support projects from the debtor accounting side and implement and integrate new business activities, processes and technical solutions (e.g. Factoring, S4 Hana, Platform Strategy)
- You form the interface to all stakeholders at Central Accounting, Taxation, Controlling, Treasury etc.
What we're looking for
- A university degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and auditing or a comparable degree as well as > 4 years professional experience, ideally in the area of accounts receivable/accounting of an e-commerce company, auditing company, audit-related consulting company.
- Leading a team is familiar to you and you like to take over responsibility and drive your own topics.
- Responsible tasks are in the best hands with you and the team can rely on your structured way of working and your high quality standards always lead to optimal results.
- A clear communication in German and English is one of your strengths, which helps to optimize internal processes and cooperation in your projects.
