Since 1998 Dyson can be found on the German market. Over 130 people are responsible for the marketing and selling out all our Dyson products. We are on an expansion drive and have many exciting plans for the future, therefore we are looking for a:
Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) – Cologne, Germany
This role leads a small HR team in one of Europe’s leading markets, Germany, reporting directly into the HR Director for Europe with a dotted line into the German Managing Director and key member of the market leadership team. Germany is a fast growing market and by 2022 will be one of Dyson’s largest markets globally. This role is responsible for activating change, shaping and delivering the people agenda and establishing robust procedures that attract, develop and retain great people, passionate about Dyson.
A challenging role, you will need to be culturally sensitive and able to self-motivate and influence at all levels within the markets. You will be a true business partner to the MD and the leadership team, and able to play a key role in driving the change agenda.
