Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Manage all HR related topics in our international sales areas in Europe
- Business partnering for our senior leaders by providing inspiration and coaching to support their leadership effectiveness
- Implement the HR core processes (e. g. Recruiting, Performance- / Talent management and culture)
- Design and deliver organizational changes and enabling leaders to drive change
- Deliver the people strategy roadmap (engage, retain, and attract)
- Continuous improvement of HR processes and performance
- Trustful collaboration with the works council
- Proactively initiate and lead HR projects working cross functionally to leverage resources and best practices
Profile
- Business Administration degree with focus on human resources or related fields
- A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in HR business partnering, ideally in a fast pace and dynamic organization
- A convincing personality with hands-on-mentality
- Proven skills in building effective relationships at all levels and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify problems as to drive appropriate solutions
- Excellent team player, good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP HR
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential
