THE POSITION



 

The Global People Growth & Talent Acquisition team acts from a global perspective to transform BI’s business and people strategy into action. As part of the global Center of Excellence Talent, HR Governance & Analytics the Global Talent Acquisition & People Growth team drives global leadership and people development initiatives and programs which empowers BI to achieve company’ s strategic goals.

 

Tasks & responsibilities



  • In your role, you are responsible for the conceptual design and implementation of large end-to-end concepts related to talent and performance management, succession planning, leadership development among others.
  • You are an innovative thinker who strives for operational excellence and ensures that impactful concepts translate into viable products, that can be implemented sustainably, with the aim to strengthen and positively influence business performance.
  • As global senior manager, you are able to lead large and complex HR projects and/or programs, utilizing your expertise and experience to develop concepts that are globally and cross-functionally valid as well as to integrate   multiple stakeholders’ needs at all level of the organization.
  • Moreover, you partner and manage relationships with multiple parties such as consultancies and external providers to ensure high quality delivery of solutions. 
  • Additionally, you measure the Return on Invest (RoI) using state-of-the-art evaluation methods and ensure with the Global HRBP’s that the People Growth projects are targeted towards critical organizational needs and are in line with BI’s people strategy.
  • You consult HR Global Business Partners and facilitate and manage senior stakeholders including BMD-Level. Furthermore, you contribute to steer the global People Growth Community and all related activities within the global network. 


Requirements



  • Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or comparable
  • Long term experience in HR roles or equivalent relevant experience with a demonstrated knowledge of successful People Growth/Talent Management Processes (talent development & performance management, succession planning, Senior Management and Senior Executive leadership development & learning experiences)
  • Proven record track in leading global projects and establishing sustainable global programs, solutions and processes
  • Ability to impact and partner with a variety of stakeholders and partners (such as internal business leaders and HRBPs, external partners, other functions such as HR Services)
  • Versed with HR metrics, data driven decision making and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ideally also in German
  • Ideally proven portfolio in successful global change management 
  • Established internal and external network and smart mobilisation of those structures and resources
  • Expertise in delivery methods e.g. training and facilitation skills and in new ways of (digital) learning and learning campaigns included internal academies for targeted people segments
