We are looking for a Senior Digital Designer (m/f/d) with a strong performance and iterative profile for our German and UK portfolio.
Your role will be to service our Online Marketing Performance team, bringing our campaign vision to fruition. You will be responsible for producing best-in-class campaign designs, ensuring campaign visuals convert and are of the highest standard, testing and constantly iterating them in order to optimize their performance. Performance Design is an essential part of our Design Strategy, which is aimed to push the boundaries of what is achievable by constantly monitoring design performance and iterating in order to deliver additional value.
This role can be located in the following cities: Düsseldorf, Berlin, London, Brussels or Warsaw
Performance and high visual standards are at the heart of everything we do and as a part of our Design Organisation your role will be incremental in making sure we are always live with performance campaigns that engage and convert users.

Your Tasks
- Campaign roadmaps: Liaise with the Online Marketing team to create performance campaign roadmaps and ensure timings are met
- Campaign creatives: Deliver multiple versions of campaign creatives to enable testing and learning
- Campaign performance: Work closely with our Marketeers to monitor campaign performance and optimise accordingly
- Our portfolio: Scale and share your work with brands from the rest of our portfolio
- Various channels: Be the representative of the Design Organisation on topics that concern web, retargeting, social media campaigns and more
- Design: Leverage graphic and motion design to deliver results
- Creative teamwork: Work with copywriters in order to leverage effective iterative copy on designs
Your Profile
- Practical experience: 4-6 years proven demonstrable experience in Digital Design with a strong performance focus
- International background: Ability to work in a high-standard dynamic international team – fluency in English is a must
- Online Marketing: A clear understanding of the essentials of Performance Marketing servicing Online Marketeers – either as clients or colleagues
- Design and performance: A very high capability on design versioning, performance analysis and iterative design solutions
- Assets: A very clear understanding of delivering assets for web, app, social and re-targeting engines
- Multi-brand portfolio: A good understanding of multi-brand portfolio principles and the ability to deliver designs that are easily scalable in such environments
- Languages: Fluency in English, all other languages are a plus
