For our Central Team we are looking for a (Senior) Demand Operations Manager (f/m/d) in Gutersloh. Our central team works for all smartclip markets and typically focuses on topics that help grow revenue in multiple markets. You will work in the Central Operations team that focuses on programmatic, IO and ATV operations. In this role you have deep knowledge of our systems and a good understanding of the online advertising industry. You combine your analytical, technical and commercial skills to act as an expert to secure best in class Ad Operations, consultancy and support.
We are the primary operations and support channel for our demand teams and DSP's. You will be trained to operate and optimise multi market programmatic, IO and Addressable TV campaigns
Combining your platform-, campaign-, and commercial knowledge, you will consult and support teams and clients to create the best setup to secure successful campaign delivery.
Technical integration of ad campaigns via booking/ad server systems and quality assurance
Our team members are trained on all topics the team is covering, everybody with their own expertise.
Assistance with customer and partner care, and technical support
Creation of evaluations and reports for internal and external use
Responsibility for Ad Operations projects
Commercial or technical degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a media-related subject and/or 2 - 5 years experience in online media with a focus on operations and / or campaigns management
A good knowledge of the online advertising industry with a keen interest in online advertising and the new media
Technical know-how and an affinity with internet technologies
Works autonomously, diligently and reliably
Ability to engage in and proactively collaborate with a dynamic team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work with multiple internal and external teams.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
Good communication skills in English, written and verbally. Any additional language (German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish) is a big plus
