Your tasks
Stand out from the crowd and leave your footprint in shaping our high impact, innovative and effective campaigns! The awesome team of LEGO Marketing in Germany is looking for it’s newest member: as our Senior Brand Manager you will build awareness and desire for our products while connecting with the target audience in meaningful ways! How does it sound?
Core Responsibilities:
· Balance the need to drive consumer demand and shopper conversion across ATL and BTL together with our internal digital, trade and sales teams as well as our external media agency partner
· Significantly step up performance media approach, using digital marketing tools including MarTech, to reach our consumers in the most efficient and exciting way
· Develop the local marketing plans in close collaboration with regional and global teams to deliver on marketing value chain
· Ability to create and execute holistic marketing plans and adapt quickly to shifting consumer behaviors and needs
· Steer all relating processes in tight collaboration with consumer & shopper engagement, key account management, local agencies, external partners and demand management
· Partner management for IP related franchises with Disney, Warner, Universal and others

We translate global audience and franchise strategies into local go-to-market-strategies for Germany, Austria & Switzerland, managing the full marketing toolbox.
This is what makes you a flawless match:
As our ideal candidate, you will have a University Degree and these are the experience, skills and the knowledge that you will need:
· 6 to 8 years of experience in Brand Management/Consumer Marketing or related experience in marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing implementation, retail merchandising, display and events
· 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing and social media marketing + B2C Communication handling
· Functional knowledge about digital and performance marketing, including MarTech, KPI setting and measurement
· Excellent communication and networking skills
· Experience working in agile marketing or SCRUM set up is a plus
· Business Proficient in English and German
