As Audit Program Manager you will be an experienced senior expert with in-depth knowledge in internal/external audit and experience in the P&C business. You identify the business risks at an early stage and advises other managers on how to improve the control environment and assists in executing the strategic direction of the department. You are managing large scale and cross-functional audit engagements from planning to the follow-up. This includes mentoring and training to others in the department and supervision of audit engagement team members. Proven project management skills are a must. Strong technical and ethical characteristics are fundamental to audit success. An auditor should therefore maintain appropriate technical skills as well as agility and a commitment to continuous learning. The ability to see the big picture is important for each audit.
