Your responsibilities
- With your organizational skills, you will handle all administrative and organizational tasks in the Executive Office of our Head of HR.
- In doing so, you will ensure that travel planning (including travel expense accounting) and appointments run smoothly.
- You create appealing presentations and take over the organization of meetings with internal and external business partners.
- You are involved in varied correspondence in German as well as English.
- You communicate with internal customers and external partners in a professional manner.
- You will assist in the publication of social media posts.
- You collaborate with EB colleagues worldwide.
- Depending on qualifications, our HR Business Partners and other HR areas/teams can also be supported.
- Through your quality of work, you recommend yourself for taking on further tasks and responsibilities in the medium term.
Your profile
- You bring a degree (for example in business administration or similar) or a similar education (for example a completed vocational training).
- You are very self-initiated, have strong communication skills and act as a team player.
- Experiences in social media distinguish you.
- You have profound experience as an assistant or in a comparable position.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
- You enjoy organizational tasks in an international environment.
- You like to think outside the box and are enthusiastic about the automotive and software industry.
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
- Your actions are characterized by discretion; you work carefully and process oriented.
