Job Purpose/Role
AIM Investment Processes and Projects (IPP) is responsible for the architecture and design of investment processes and IT tools, international project management, selection and steering of service providers, protection & resilience, process resilience, alternative assets implementation and IT budget management.
For further extension of the Alternative Assets business AIM IPP Alternative Assets Implementation/run is looking for an Associate as Project Manager with a strong focus on the operations, implementation and project functions. Major tasks will be implementation projects and life cycle management in the area of new asset classes, related structures and platforms as well as the broadening of pooled services for other Allianz units.
Your main partners will be investment units within AIM, Asset Managers, the Allianz Group Center functions and AIM Operations Units, as well as internal and external services providers (e.g. AZT, IDS, custodians, loan admins etc.). The Operations function within the alternative assets area is integral part of the Global Operations functions. Therefore, the intensive interaction with global teams is essential.
