Scientist/Pharmacist as Trainee in Clinical Research (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
During your 24-month trainee program, you will gain a broad overview of the global processes and activities in Clinical Development Operations (CDO) and rotate through 5 to 6 different departments within and outside CDO. CDO is responsible for planning and execution of clinical programs in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements. You will gain insight into all functionalities required for the execution of clinical programs - from statistical planning and study execution to writing study reports and registration dossiers. The effective and efficient conduct of individual clinical trials is ensured by a seamless interplay of functions such as study management, study feasibility, investigator monitoring and control, contract and financial management, data management, database and analytical programming, as well as biosample and resource management.
