We are looking for a
SALES / MARKETING MANAGER TOOLS, SECURITY SYSTEMS (F/M/D)
Professional end users / DACH
For our location Idstein/Ts. near Frankfurt am Main
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies on how to target and approach professional end users, based on market and industry insights as well as in close collaboration with BDM Sales (Business Development Sales) and GALP GCX (Global Customer Experience)
- Identify & specify the target groups / channels
- Prioritize the customer targets within each sales channel
- Develop and follow thorough robust journey maps with activity plans for each sales channel / end user type – industry and construction
- Work very closely with the GCX team to create an impactful content / brand / marketing plan that positively impacts customer behavior
- Identify the most effective end user touch points and develop a communication plan towards the relevant end user target groups
- Work with Product Marketing and Sales / Key Account Management leads to integrate new products and strategic goals into our annual customer communication plan and create action / communication plans, how to reach the right end users
- Work with the Digital Team to optimize digital journeys to navigate to effective content to increase conversions and drive high quality leads
Qualifications & Requirements
- Marketing and / or Sales, Advertising Management, Commercial related university degree
- Marketing and / or Sales related experience > 5 years in an industrial company
- Strong commercial background and experience - be able to build comprehensive business cases for marketing investments
- Experience of working in an international, highly matrixed environment Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Able to translate insight into new ideas and strategies and recommend changes to generate growth
- Passion for brands and able to translate this into „ambassador“ type of attitude and behavior
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive and able to build strong working relationships (locally and internationally)
- Traveling 20-30 %
- Very good English and German language skills, written and spoken
