PFEIFFER Chemie-Armaturenbau GmbH is part of the SAMSON Group and has its production facility with around 200 employees in Kempen on the Lower Rhine. PFEIFFER is selling the valves, which are designed and built exclusively in Germany, worldwide.
We want to reinforce our international Technical Inside Sales team therefore we are currently looking for:
Sales Engineer (m/f/d)
The Tasks:
- Evaluation of inquiries, elaboration of tailor-made solutions and presentation to the clients
- Preparation of technical and commercial offers
- Acceptance check of received orders and internal order handling up to the delivery of the complete order
- Simple contract review of received orders
- Support for order handling internally and externally up to delivery
- Selection and sizing of control valves
- Close cooperation with the Outside Sales Team as well as with the International Group Subsidiaries
- Recognizing market opportunities / potential customers
Required Profile:
- Completed technical or commercial training
- Further education as a state-certified technician / B.Sc. or similar
- Several years of professional experience in plant construction / valves would be of advantage
- Sound knowledge in the use of ERP system and MS Office
Fluent written and spoken English, other foreign languages would be of advantage
("native speakers" are very welcome) - Above-average commitment to the job, a high degree of customer orientation as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independence, flexibility, accuracy, reliability and stress resistant
- Willingness to travel (occasionally and order related)
