Our customer is a successful international packaging group that stands out due to the highest quality and customer orientation as well as energy efficiency, sustainability and clean tech. For further expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, a Sales and Business Development Manager is needed, who will work from home and report directly to senior management
In this exciting position you deliver growth by developing existing and new customers in flexibles and rigid converting as well as FMCG. For this you drive sustainable packaging solutions and the transformation of existing formats. You will bring along a customer base or contacts in the relevant sectors and create long-lasting business relations.
You have several years of experience in sales in the packaging industry with a strong track record in growth and business development. You act independently, communicate professionally and have the ability to establish long-term contacts, find or pick up new ideas and develop them with customers, apart from being good at closing deals. You are goal-oriented, loyal, honest, resilient, motivated and have an entrepreneurial mind. Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
The remuneration package, which is above the one defined in the relevant collective agreements, and the development possibilities make this position very attractive.
