Reefer Operator CEE (m/f/d)

To support our cluster Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) at our locations in Bremen or Hamburg  we are looking for a:

Reefer Operator CEE (m/f/d)

• Accurate handling of international reefer business
• Independent processing of international temperature controlled ocean shipments, from order taking to invoicing, handling of claims and aftersales services
• Continuous customer service
• Cooperation with carriers, hauliers, rail operators, terminals and handling partners for an on time and zero-defect shipment processing
• Communication with CEVA offices and partners on a global level
• Close cooperation within the cluster to handle all businesses properly

• Commercial education, preferably education in logistics or apprenticeship in freight forwarding
• Min. 1-3 years working experience in a seafreight role / freight forwarding
• Experience in reefer handling
• Knowledge in pharma handling desirable
• Sound technical understanding of reefer handling / seafreight processes and tools (MS Office)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good commercial acumen and proactive approach
• High service, customer and result orientation
• Ability to work well in a team and to understand and adapt to different cultures and people
