Reporting to the TE Sensor Solutions (TESS) Director of Quality for EMEA and locally dotted line reporting to the site manager, the Quality Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for ensuring that processes are in place to avoid non-conformities to affect the customers and for ensuring we are preventing their occurrence within the organization.
The site Quality manager (f/m/d) has responsibility over Advanced Quality, System Quality, Customer Quality, supplier Quality and Customer Quality for the Dortmund plant.
The position will make sure that the site complies with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
The position is responsible to make sure that audit findings are closed on a timely manner and to organize fast resolution of non-conformities (internal and external).
As part of EMEA Quality organization, the Quality manager (f/m/d) participates to the EMEA quality managers organization to make sure processes and best practices are aligned within the region and are aligned with the TESS strategy and best practices.
