We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance / Technical Service Manager, based at our Dusseldorf office. Reporting to the General Manager, Carbon Fiber Business Unit, the position is responsible for effectively developing and maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification through the Quality Management System and supporting improved technical discussions with our clients.
Your role will include proposing product developments and improvements by liaising with the production sites in Japan and USA and the customer and sales teams. You’ll perform technical support and supervise the complaint process.
Graduate or equivalent experience with proven supply chain/manufacturing experience is essential. The supply chain is a continuously changing environment and a rigorous process for procedure review is required to support the wide range of activities. You will therefore need a sound understanding of ISO 9001 requirements to support and guide the business.
Previous experience in the composites market or similar would be advantageous, as our key markets include Aerospace, Automotive, Wind, Marine and Medical.
You must be a strong team player capable of building effective working relationships within the business, customers and suppliers. Occasional international travel will be required, plus attendance at trade fairs, customer visits and other conventions.
