Acting as the central point of contact and escalation within the EU MDR implementation project.
Ensuring that all manufacturing sites within the Trauma & Extremities (T&E) Franchise have project plans in place covering Manufacturing, Supplier, Supplier Quality and Supply Chain activities.
Ensuring that all workstreams incorporate a risk management process in their project plans and interpreting these risks in terms of business impact (E&O, potential back order, supply disruption etc.) and ensuring appropriate risk responses are in place.
Establishing project and program metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of the EU MDR implementation, identify key areas of opportunity, and drive process improvements as necessary.
Ensuring all EU MDR information (i.e. Site Plans, Risk Assessments, and Milestones) are completed and reviewed monthly.
Reporting and escalating program performance, risks, resource gaps, and budget updates to leadership team.
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or equivalent as well as several years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Quality functions - preferably in medical device or other regulated industry.
Several years of experience in a manufacturing organization with exposure to multiple functional departments.
Excellent English skills and proven intercultural competences to interact within our international working environment, mostly virtually.
Strong skills in negotiations, financial analysis, strategic thinking and problem solving as well as networking, communication and project management.
Ability for decision making, to work under time pressure, and capacity to make good judgment on special situations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with prior experience presenting to all levels of the organization.
