Project Manager - International Business Development (m/w/d)

Your tasks
- Leading/Managing and supporting of interdisciplinary projects in an international context
- Supporting based of the Business Support & Development department in regards to functional requirements of e.g. marketing, sales, or logistics
- Responsibility for the project's success as well as the knowledge transfer to the country organizations
- Implementation of innovative solutions for the ALDI Nord national headquarters and regional entities
- Integration and management of external service providers
- Support and consultation of the departments as well as the country organizations in terms of specific ALDI Nord requirements
- Continuous improvements of processes and project standards
- Team and cross departmental collaboration
Your profile
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent qualifications preferred
- Several years of experience in project management
- Profound experience in sales and marketing processes and/or ERP systems, especially in the food retail or discount industry
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project), project management tools like Jira/Confluence and knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
- Willingness to travel
- Analytical skills, quick comprehension of new topics and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness through all hierarchy levels
- Fluent in English written and oral, further language skills advantageous
