Management and support of Global Technology Excellence projects with focus on process efficiency, automation and Product Lifecycle Management
Defining of project scope, milestones and implementation plan
Benchmarking and conducting fit/gap-analysis in the respective regions
Selection of project management and reporting tools
Stakeholder management, day-to-day management of projects as well as project reporting and updates Perform roll out and training of processes and tools
Regular review of state of the art know how on PLM in order to provide new ideas and initiatives for further development
Support of important strategic projects and initiatives with qualitative and quantitative data analysis as well as the preparation of project reporting for SteerCo’s and board meetings
Preparation and moderation of workshops
