YOUR TASKS.

Are you an enthusiastic Project Manager (m/f/d) and have already gained professional experience in leading project teams? Have you supported Project Management in a PMO department previously? Assess and improve upon new and existing processes, documentation and reports
Track, document and report project process compliance through project auditing
Improve internal workshop structure and support documentation
Improve upon existing PM methodologies and structure updates and improvements via PM Handbook
Identify and define internal project requirements and goals together with the PM Construction and project stakeholders
Moderate project workshops (i.e. Risk workshops, Lessons Learned workshops)
Support PM Construction with PMG software usage and reporting tools

YOUR PROFILE.

Bachelor’s degree, i.e. in Engineering, Architecture or Civil Engineering
Must have: Experience in similar projects or construction management, preferably in solar projects
Must have: Experience in working together with international project teams
Must have: Knowledge of Project Management methods and processes based on PMBOK
Must have: Excellent skills in usage of MS Office products, especially MS Project knowledge
Must have: Excellent English skills and good German skills advantageous (min. A2)
Must have: A good understanding and appreciation of other people's work disciplines, such as engineering, procurement and construction
Self-driven, focused, results and quality oriented
Your skills: Being an assertive and flexible team player (m/f/d) with exceptional intercultural and communication proficiency
