Project Coordinator Finance (m/f/d).
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the set up of our complete invoicing operations and systems
You monitor the processing of payments and payment confirmations
You take care of pay-outs towards partners and ensure payment execution
You identify and work on new payment solutions for our students from abroad
You manage our E-commerce set up and drive automation without human interaction
You keep the overview and do the controlling of our payments
You guarantee payment follow ups and debt collection
You focus on the integration of loan providers
You act as interface between operations and the finance department and enable good communication and problem solving actions
Requirements:
You have successfully completed your studies and have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the area of finance management, project / process management or in the management of operational processes
You are experienced in automation of processes
You show a pro-active and hands on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset
You bring an analytical and entrepreneurial approach and convince with decision-making joy and implementation strength
You have a certain IT affinity and strong communication skills, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across a diverse set of audiences
You like to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
You speak and write English fluently, any additional languages as e.g. German are a plus
