Within the Clinical Development Department located in our office in Germany we are looking for a Project Assistant. As a Project Assistant you will provide vital support for clinical research projects.
Main responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative support for project team members
Maintaining of project files and documentation in an orderly manner
Assisting in the organisation of meetings
Maintain tracking databases
Other ad hoc tasks associated with clinical trials and office administration as required
Bachelor's Degree or good general education
Administration experience & clinical research administration experience preferred
Excellent English and German language skills
Advanced skills across all of the Microsoft packages
Strong interpersonal skills and high attention for detail
Self motivated, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
