Your Tasks
- Identify new partnership opportunities to distribute job offers on publishers’ websites in Germany
- Develop strategies to drive traffic to Stepstone websites
- Work directly with decision-makers and budget-holders
- Take over the responsibility as well as support, optimization, and further development of existing cooperations
- Monitoring of the results and campaigns to assure the efficiency of the taken measures
- Manage strategic partnerships
Your Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development or account management
- Understanding of ppc advertising products
- Communicative, strong in negotiations with an ambitious and goal-oriented workflow
- Analytical skills and fun dealing with numbers
- Sound knowledge of using MS Office as well as a webtechnological understanding
- Fluent in English
