As a Program Manager Service Management ABS Germany and ITMP (IT Master Platform) Life you are responsible for the complete Service Lifecycle of the services “ABS Germany Linux Infrastructure” and “ID Life SaaS Service” following the principles and guidelines of service management within Allianz Technology. Supporting the strategy of Allianz Group to implement BMP (Business Master Platform) and in strong alignment with the Allianz Customer Model (ACM) and applying the Allianz Technology Global Delivery Model you are adopting the existing and further evolving services to the specific needs of the Allianz organizational entities (e.g. extend the ID Life SaaS service in case of integration of further group standards or rollout to an additional OE). The Program Manager Service Management will work in very close collaboration with the delivery units of CP05ABBS as well, as in a multi-international environment with highly engaged teams. Strong technical expertise to deal with the existing group standards, understanding the market trends and interacting with different IT stakeholders are key success factors.
