We're a company of pioneers. It's our job to make bold bets, and we get our energy from inventing on behalf of customers. Success is measured against the possible, not the probable. For today’s pioneers, that’s exactly why there’s no place on Earth they’d rather build than Amazon.
We’ve been online since 1995 and in that time we’ve grown at a phenomenal rate. That is why we treat every day like the first day. A day to contribute fresh ideas; a day to question convention; a day to make more great things happen for our customers. It’s that kind of spirit that encourages our growth now, and keeps us ahead of the environment in the future.

End to end Thinking – Ability to move from the bigger picture to the project details.
Solid Program management – Ability to coordinate several projects concurrently and deal with conflicting priorities.
Prioritization – There will be a constant flow of work, both tactical and strategic. Determine what gets done first and why, while coordinating a plan for what to do with everything else.
Bias for Action and Dealing with Ambiguity. Sometimes it is not clear how we are going to get there. Can you contribute to carve a path? How fast can you do it? What are the trade-offs? Take risks and be willing to try new things, fail fast and iterate.
