Product Owner Business Datamarts (m/f/d)
For over ten years, we have been developing, supporting and internationalizing Lidl’s digital business models. This includes the Lidl online shop and other digital services. We are already present in more than ten countries with our digital products and services. The international threads of the digital Lidl activities all come together at our headquarters in Neckarsulm (in the district of Heilbronn) and our digital office in Berlin. And we are continuing to grow. We are therefore looking for specialists who want to help us continue to drive our digital business forward – at our Neckarsulm site.
Deine Aufgabe
- As Product Owner Business Datamarts, you ensure that the entire organization is supplied with quality-assured data and figures
- With your product, you drive forward data democratization and make data-driven ways of working a matter of course
- You spearhead our cloud transformation and do pioneering work with state-of-the-art tools
- You maintain an ongoing dialog with stakeholders and work with the Lead PO to define/prioritize features that users love
- Every two weeks, you agree the functional scope to be implemented with the development team on the basis of stories that meet the Definition of Ready (sprint backlog)
- You are a competent contact partner and decision-maker (with regard to priorities) for the development team and form an effective unit with this team
- You test finished stories and accept or reject them every two weeks (based on the Definition of Done)
- You are responsible for show and tell at product level
Dein Profil
- Completed degree or comparable studies in relevant occupational fields with a high affinity for IT
- Several years of professional experience in managing projects and products, ideally experience working in and with agile teams and in e-commerce
- Relevant professional experience in BI, analytics and data science
- Proactive, creative and customer focused with the aim of generating maximum benefit from the product for the customer
- Strong passion for e-commerce
- Structured and independent way of working with a clear focus on the relevant priorities
- Basic knowledge of scrum processes, tools and techniques desirable
- Strong communication skills and excellent ability to inspire people and provide technical guidance
