What does the role involve?
Leads the ownership for a software product (or set of products), aligning product development with business value, corporate strategy, and customer & market needs. Our product managers are invested in the success of their product(s) and own the development of product strategy and product roadmap, aligning continuously with markets, customers, and business stakeholders. This role continuously performs market research and outreach to understand the overall market (sizing, segmentation, personas, pain points, and customer workflows) in order to set roadmap priority and articulate the value propositions of your product(s); as well as discover and define new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products. Product Managers continuously monitor the competitive landscape and anticipate competitors’ movements and strategy. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (program management, development, marketing, sales etc.) and geographic teams (specific markets), the Product Manager leads the definition of license models, monetization (if applicable), service models, go to market strategy and business plans – while also defining KPIs and communicating them on a regular basis to share product success.
