Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Product Manager - CRM (m/f/d) to join our Consumer Product Management team. You will be an integral part of our backend engineering team taking care of systems that ensure proper stock handling, product & catalogue management, production processes, platform stability and architecture that support our beautiful sites and apps.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Owning key development and optimisation points of Westwing’s backend solutions for Customer Relationship across several channels: emails, mobile push notifications, in-app messages
- Understanding Marketing and CRM workflows and processes, and identifying potential improvements in the applications and solutions
- Leading and driving key projects over the full product development process: from ideation phase, through design, specification and development, over to the launch and post-release analysis and optimisation
- Leading and organising sprint ceremonies together with the tech lead and engineering team for consistent and high quality output and outcome
- Working closely with the business teams on continuous site and backend systems improvements
- Monitoring and measuring launched products and feeding insights back into the product development process for further improvements
- Continuous reassessment of implemented features to ensure either their depreciation and clean-up, or further optimisation in coordination with business and other tech departments
You come with:
- 2+ years of tech product or project management work experience (including internships or student projects)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
- Intermediate knowledge of analytical tools like SQL, Excel and willingness to develop these skills further
- Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about “How things work”
- Basic knowledge of programming techniques and technologies
- Ability to build clear communication with different types of stakeholders
- Ability to understand and challenge project implementation decisions and priorities
- A structured, organized and critical mindset
- Fluency in English
