Your tasks
- You are the Business Analyst / Product Manager for the electronic of Heat Pumps and Ventilation Systems: HMIs, Control Units, Energy Management (HEMS), electronic modules and accessories.
- You are responsible for the definition and maintenance of our electronic products portfolio and contribute in the further development of our product strategy.
- You independently conduct regular market and competition analyses.
- You drive together with the team new product concepts and analyse the business behind.
- You elaborate market introduction strategy and marketing concepts.
- You know the requirements of the customers and ensure the market acceptance by conducting customer and UX interviews.
- You work closely with sales, development and national PRM’s and define the requirements for the single products.
Your profile
- Education: technical studies with economical and business understanding or business studies with interest in the technic
- Personality: very good communication and persuasive skills, resilience
- Working Practice: analytical thinking, quality- and costawareness
- Experience and Knowledge: Know-how in Heating Systems, electronic products and HEMS
- Enthusiasm: willingness and experience to work in an international team
- Languages: very good English knowledge: written and spoken
