To support our Service Desk Team at our Hamburg headquarters, we are looking for you, ideally immediately, on a full-time (40 hours), unlimited basis as Process Manager with Controlling focus for our IT service desk (all genders).
You analyse, define and continuously improve the standardised processes in our international Service Desk, helping over 13.000 members of the Engel & Völkers organisation worldwide
You are the Key Driver for controlling our processes. You will prepare regular reports for your team and the business management
You initiate measures for the further development of the support processes and assume the function of a service desk professional counterpart in cross-functional projects
The documentation, creation, and mapping of requirements and processes is also part of your area of responsibility
You will work closely with the specialist departments from infrastructure and product management, as well as external IT service providers
You are experienced with IT process management or controlling, ideally within a service desk environment
You have already worked in process optimization, process-related project management, and process modelling
Your technical understanding allows you to formulate your requirements in a targeted manner and intuitively assess the technical feasibility of projects
You have distinct analytical skills as well as excellent expressive and presentation skills
You are a team player
Your profile is completed by your fluent business English and German on a conversational level
You use Excel on a professional level and ideally, you are experienced with Visio or draw.io
