Job Purpose/Role
Allianz Consulting was established in 2004 as the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group. Our vision is to be the consulting partner of choice for Allianz Group core segments. Our experienced consulting teams support all Allianz operating entities worldwide in planning and implementing their local key strategic projects.
Our consulting services focus on our clients' needs ranging from strategy, market management, sales and distribution, IT, organization, claims and operations to central functions and agile. We bring deep, industrial and functional expertise to fulfill our clients’ requirements and support the overall vision of the Allianz Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
- Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
- Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
- Provide support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management
- Oversee the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completion
- Discuss with the Engagement Manager ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects
- General contribution to Allianz Consulting
- Ensure adequate development of team members via coaching, mentoring, personal development and training
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Consulting experience for more than 5 years
- Extensive experience in the topics of an HR Generalist
- Experience in one of the following topics:
- HR transformation, digital transformation in HR
- Or HR upskilling and reskilling,
- Or strategic/ operational work force planning in combination with digitalization
- Extensive experience in project- and program management methods and techniques
- High attendance to learn and develop
- Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure with limited guidance
- Analytical and problem solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Fluent in written and spoken German is a plus
Desired requirements
- International work experience (min. 24 months)
- Prior leadership experience
- Trained in project management
