For our location in Berlin we are looking for a Payroll Specialist - High Volume / DATEV (m/f/d).

Your Tasks
- You are responsible for data validation and resolving discrepancies within tight deadlines
- You manage relationships with various stakeholders and local payroll providers with on the accuracy and timely receipt of payroll reports
- You coordinate payroll approvals and funding instructions with the Finance team
- You prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and accrual reports
- You ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- You reply to tax notices, wage orders, unemployment claims, government correspondences and verification of employments for international entities
Your Profile
- Experience in high-volume German Payroll (5000+ employees)
- You have at least 3 years of work experience with payroll
- Knowledge of Payroll Software DATEV
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders such as other HR functions, employees and local payroll providers
- You have the ability to manage a fast past environment and you work as effectively as an individual and as a team member
- Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
