PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The role reports to the SAP EMEA DACH and non-DACH Payroll Manager who ultimately reports up to the Global Head of Payroll. The Germany payroll team of 17 are mostly based in Walldorf and this role will be based there too. The purpose of the role is to work alongside and in collaboration with the Germany payroll team and deliver an accurate and compliant payroll.
Payroll Senior Consultant / Expert (m/f/d)
The Payroll Senior Consultant or Expert (f/m/d) is responsible for timely and accurate payroll processing in countries with in-house or outsourced payrolls and for supporting/leading payroll projects.
While the role is not a manager role at this time, the candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to team lead, manage daily operations across a mid-size team and feel comfortable making responsible decisions to support the manager.
