Online Marketing Manager Display Advertising and Social Ads (m/f/d)

As an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Display, you will work in an international team of specialists and control and optimize our display campaigns. In addition to that, you will also work on the strategic development of our display activities.

Your Tasks
- Responsible for our display accounts in our international markets (DE, UK, AT, BE, FR, NL, LU)
- Managing the budget while ensuring that goals are being achieved
- Optimization of the ongoing display campaigns based on KPIs
- Continuous conceptual and strategic development of StepStone's display activities
- Development and implementation of a data-driven retargeting strategy
- Close collaboration with all online marketing channels to achieve the common goals
Your Profile
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in performance-oriented online marketing with a focus on display
- Strong analytical skills and thinking
- Very good knowledge of targeting and performance advertising technologies as well as performance-oriented providers, tools (DSP, DMPs) and trends in the market
- Proactivity, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
