We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Intern to join our Growth team to support the rapidly growing Influencer Marketing efforts across the HelloFresh international markets. The ideal candidate would have knowledge and passion for the industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities for the role would be sourcing, negotiating, consulting local market experts, and analyzing performance to achieve our ambitious goals.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in planning and analytics to implement and innovate the influencer marketing strategy across multiple social platforms.
Conduct research to source, vet, and analyze influencers for potential collaborations.
Have day-to-day communication with local experts, product delivery organization, and assist in landing page creation.
Support the Content Growth team with campaign analyses looking at correlations between testing variables and developing optimization experiments to drive further efficiency for the organization - Deep diving into performance data such ER, CVR, CAC, etc. across multiple campaigns.
Assist in creating and auditing a robust and well organized database of talent with continual communication.
Compile and interpret data to identify marketing strategies and business opportunities.
Work with internal analytics resources to further enhance reporting and insights within and across campaigns.
Work cross-functionally across a number of teams in the organization as required on a project-to-project basis.
