In a nutshell: as the good soul in our Berlin office you and Kristin, your team, will be the one making sure things go smoothly. You will organize and coordinate office upgrades and repairs, ensure we have electricity and other providers running, but also be hands-on yourself when "stuff just needs to get done". In addition to those internals, you will manage the local logistics of on site events (such as meetups, learnathons, trainings) independently and reliably, but also help plan and organize office activities (such as Christmas Parties and Summerfeste) with Lindsay and Svenja from the Austin and Konstanz offices.
You are a well organized multi-tasker and nothing escapes your attention to detail. You enjoy making sure people feel welcome. You are 100% reliable. You like working with a geeky and creative, yet sometimes a tad chaotic team. You are flexible and take initiative. English, German, MS Office and Trello are easy for you to handle. You have already gathered significant experience as an Office Manager, and ideally also in heading a team.
