Mechatronics Engineer / SPS Developer (m/f/d)
Full-time | Unlimited contract | Leinfelden-Echterdingen | 01.02.2021
Your tasks & role
- Design of a modular control system architecture for our innovative pathogen inactivation platform
- Develop industrial control and safety regimes
- Conception and setup of the experimental equipment
- Implement sensors for GMP compliant robotics and quality assurance for pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Co-development of the next generation of pharmaceutical robotics within a highly interdisciplinary innovation team
Your profile & skills
- A university degree (preferably Master's) in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in the development of complex automation systems for industrial applications
- Holistic expertise in relevant mechatronics disciplines (control engineering, sensors, actuators)
- Track record with SPS programming and tools (e.g. Siemens TIA, EPLAN)
- Sophisticated programming skills
- Expertise with 3D CAD software (preferable Siemens NX)
